Create a dedicated API key with the WHMCS preset. Store it on your server and add funds in the wallet currency you will use.
- Map a server product
Install the module and cron hook. Match the public plan ID, location and OS, set cost limits, and authorize monthly wallet renewal.
- Set your brand and retail price
Choose the name, description, customer price and welcome email in WHMCS. Configure setup after the customer’s first payment.
- Track activation and deliver access
The module preserves the original order across retries and checks activation. Verified login details are delivered when the service is ready.

Do my customers need a VPSRay account?
No. Your customers order and pay in your WHMCS. The module connects to your reseller account, and the customer-facing service panel uses your brand.
Can I choose my own selling prices?
Yes. You set product names, customer prices, currency and welcome emails in WHMCS. Your VPSRay account quote is a separate server cost; the module does not change your retail prices.
How are monthly servers paid for?
The initial order uses your selected USD or USDT wallet. After activation, each service needs explicit monthly renewal authorization. Keep enough balance in that currency; collection can start before the due date. No automatic currency conversion or saved-card fallback is included in the module.
When does the server become active in WHMCS?
After payment, VPSRay tracks setup. WHMCS stays pending until activation, monthly wallet authorization and verified login delivery are confirmed. A connection test alone does not verify a live purchase.
How do cancellation and customer nonpayment work?
Stop monthly renewal or submit a WHMCS cancellation request to schedule cancellation at the end of the paid VPSRay term. Your WHMCS customer invoices and VPSRay wallet billing are separate: an unpaid customer invoice does not automatically stop VPSRay renewal. Manual suspension, unsuspension and immediate termination are not included in this module.
Do I need a hosted storefront subscription?
No. WHMCS and server-side API access do not require the hosted storefront membership. You need your own licensed WHMCS installation, a VPSRay account, the required API permissions and sufficient wallet balance.
