What happens after I place an order?

After payment is confirmed, setup begins. Activation time depends on your plan. Follow progress and find your server access details in My services.

Where do I find my server login?

After activation, open My services and choose Password & login. Access details depend on the plan: some use your checkout password, while others supply credentials after setup. Only confirmed login details are shown.

How do renewals work?

Use wallet auto-pay, an authorized saved card where supported, or pay the renewal invoice before its due date. Check your next payment and settings in Billing. An unpaid renewal can interrupt your service when the paid term ends.

Can I pay with crypto?

Available payment methods appear at checkout. For crypto, follow the displayed network, amount and confirmation instructions. Payment confirmation and service activation are shown separately in your account.

Can I upgrade or cancel my service?

Open My services to see the options supported by your plan. Keep your service until the paid period ends, or choose immediate cancellation where available. Review the end date or wallet credit before confirming.

How do I choose a server location and operating system?

Start with a location near your users, then check the operating systems offered for that plan. Match the OS to your application; Windows availability and license costs can vary by configuration. Explore server locations or read the VPS buying guide.

Can I sell VPS servers through my own WHMCS?

Yes. Use your own brand and retail prices with the WHMCS reseller module, or connect a server-side application to the API. Monthly server costs use your VPSRay account balance. Explore WHMCS & API reselling.
